The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. / No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is at the Father’s side, has made Him known.

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. / Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
