Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law must not depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in all you do.
Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the Law of the LORD, and on His law he meditates day and night.

1 Timothy 4:13–15 Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, and to teaching. / Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given you through the prophecy spoken over you at the laying on of the hands of the elders. / Be diligent in these matters and absorbed in them, so that your progress will be evident to all.
