Matthew 7:16–18, 20 By their fruit you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? / Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. / A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
Luke 6:43, 44 No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. / For each tree is known by its own fruit. Indeed, figs are not gathered from thornbushes, nor grapes from brambles.
1 Corinthians 15:36–38 You fool! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. / And what you sow is not the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or something else. / But God gives it a body as He has designed, and to each kind of seed He gives its own body.
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived: God is not to be mocked. Whatever a man sows, he will reap in return.
