Psalm 1:1–6 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, or set foot on the path of sinners, or sit in the seat of mockers. / But his delight is in the Law of the LORD, and on His law he meditates day and night. / He is like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding its fruit in season, whose leaf does not wither, and who prospers in all he does.
Psalm 11:5 The LORD tests the righteous and the wicked; His soul hates the lover of violence.
Psalm 17:14, 15 from such men, O LORD, by Your hand—from men of the world whose portion is in this life. May You fill the bellies of Your treasured ones and satisfy their sons, so they leave their abundance to their children. / As for me, I will behold Your face in righteousness; when I awake, I will be satisfied in Your presence.
Psalm 32:10 Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but loving devotion surrounds him who trusts in the LORD.

Psalm 68:6 God settles the lonely in families; He leads the prisoners out to prosperity, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land.
Psalm 73:1–28 A Psalm of Asaph. Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart. / But as for me, my feet had almost stumbled; my steps had nearly slipped. / For I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
Psalm 75:10 “All the horns of the wicked I will cut off, but the horns of the righteous will be exalted.”
Psalm 91:7, 8 Though a thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, no harm will come near you. / You will only see it with your eyes and witness the punishment of the wicked.
Psalm 107:33–38 He turns rivers into deserts, springs of water into thirsty ground, / and fruitful land into fields of salt, because of the wickedness of its dwellers. / He turns a desert into pools of water and a dry land into flowing springs.
Psalm 125:5 But those who turn to crooked ways the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.
Proverbs 10:6, 9, 21, 23–25, 28–30, 32 Blessings are on the head of the righteous, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. / He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out. / The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of judgment.
Proverbs 11:3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 18–21, 23, 31 The integrity of the upright guides them, but the perversity of the faithless destroys them. / The righteousness of the blameless directs their path, but the wicked fall by their own wickedness. / The righteousness of the upright delivers them, but the faithless are trapped by their own desires.
Proverbs 12:3, 5–7, 13, 21, 26 A man cannot be established through wickedness, but the righteous cannot be uprooted. / The plans of the righteous are just, but the counsel of the wicked leads to deceit. / The wicked are overthrown and perish, but the house of the righteous will stand.
Proverbs 13:6, 13, 17, 21 Righteousness guards the man of integrity, but wickedness undermines the sinner. / He who despises instruction will pay the penalty, but the one who respects a command will be rewarded. / A wicked messenger falls into trouble, but a faithful envoy brings healing.
Proverbs 14:19, 22, 32 The evil bow before the good, and the wicked at the gates of the righteous. / Do not those who contrive evil go astray? But those who plan goodness find loving devotion and faithfulness. / The wicked man is thrown down by his own sin, but the righteous man has a refuge even in death.
Proverbs 15:6 The house of the righteous has great treasure, but the income of the wicked is trouble.
Proverbs 21:18, 26 The wicked become a ransom for the righteous, and the faithless for the upright. / All day long he covets more, but the righteous give without restraint.
Proverbs 22:5 Thorns and snares lie on the path of the perverse; he who guards his soul stays far from them.
Proverbs 28:1, 4, 5, 13, 14, 18 The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion. / Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law resist them. / Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the LORD comprehend fully.
Isaiah 32:1–8 Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule with justice. / Each will be like a shelter from the wind, a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in a dry land, like the shadow of a great rock in an arid land. / Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed, and the ears of those who hear will listen.
Isaiah 65:13, 14 Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: “My servants will eat, but you will go hungry; My servants will drink, but you will go thirsty; My servants will rejoice, but you will be put to shame. / My servants will shout for joy with a glad heart, but you will cry out with a heavy heart and wail with a broken spirit.
Malachi 3:18 So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.”
Romans 2:7–9 To those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life. / But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow wickedness, there will be wrath and anger. / There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil, first for the Jew, then for the Greek;

1 Thessalonians 5:5–8 For you are all sons of the light and sons of the day; we do not belong to the night or to the darkness. / So then, let us not sleep as the others do, but let us remain awake and sober. / For those who sleep, sleep at night; and those who get drunk, get drunk at night.
