2 Chronicles 9:20–22
All King Solomon’s drinking cups were gold, and all the utensils of the House of the Forest of Lebanon were pure gold. There was no silver, because it was accounted as nothing in the days of Solomon. / For the king had the ships of Tarshish that went with Hiram’s servants, and once every three years the ships of Tarshish would arrive bearing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks. / So King Solomon surpassed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.
Proverbs 31:14–18
She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar. / She rises while it is still night to provide food for her household and portions for her maidservants. / She appraises a field and buys it; from her earnings she plants a vineyard.
Ezekiel 28:4, 5
By your wisdom and understanding you have gained your wealth and amassed gold and silver for your treasuries. / By your great skill in trading you have increased your wealth, but your heart has grown proud because of it.
