Consolation Under Affliction by Ministers of the Gospel

Source: TTT

Isaiah 40:1, 2 “Comfort, comfort My people,” says your God. / “Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and proclaim to her that her forced labor has been completed; her iniquity has been pardoned. For she has received from the hand of the LORD double for all her sins.”
1 Corinthians 14:3 But he who prophesies speaks to men for their edification, encouragement, and comfort.
2 Corinthians 1:4, 6 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. / If we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which accomplishes in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we experience.
